Mr. Marvel's Visit to Iping

At this time, the whole town of Iping had been feeling strange things happenings. They felt that someone was touching them, and those who had actually seen him dissolve into air, could be counted on the fingers of two hands. At about 4 o'clock, a stranger entered the village and headed straight for the Coach and Horses. He was a wierd guy. The landlady of the Coach and Horses was quite suspicious about this stranger. He looked very familiar.
